It's a surprisingly funny comic, considering that it's from Germany and Germans are not known for their sense of humor. Most German humor is scatological, by the way. Well, they're philosophers and engineers, not comedians. Can't win 'em all. Still, I think these particular panels are really funny when you take them out of context. The dad is drunk! And now they're firing guns at nothing! It's entertainment!
