(A fennec being an absurdly cute North African fox) It's recently been revealed that Teiresius the crazy old man is her father, so it's anyboy's guess where the whole fennec thing comes from. For propriety's sake, Tiffany keeps the same last name as Hesper's father, Akira Makimura, a Japanese electronics executive who got his soul sucked out during his mating with Po-Wing (That's the way kitsunes work, ya know). Being a traditionalist, Po-Wing has no qualms about killing her husbands but doesn't want anyone to think that her daughter was born out of wedlock.
