Po-Wing "The Dragon lady" Wang got her name from being the most heartless family matriach ever. She dislikes Hesper with puzzling intensity and doesn't hesitate to say so to her face. She's also convinced that Wilhelm is a monkey. Knowing that Hesper is totally unable to care for herself, Po-Wing took Tiffany and moved to Anachronita to keep an eye on her ungrateful eldest daughter. Po-Wing does have an inexpliccable soft spot for Tiffany. Who knew?
